The Open Sea Sailing Center of N.A.O.K. Thessaloniki organizes training sessions - participation in competitions, with the aim of imparting the necessary knowledge to its athletes, so that they can adequately respond to athletics. Knowledge of trimming, tactical movements are some of the basics.
Athletes participate in races both in the thermal bay and in pan-Hellenic races (AEGEAN REGATTA, FRIENDSHIP REGATTA, NORTH AEGEAN RACE, DIEVA).
(A necessary condition for participation in the games is the issuance of an athlete card)
Theoretical exercise: 8 hours
Practical training: 20 hours
Prerequisites: An undergraduate degree is required.
